just changed to a meter for my water and was wondering how I could save money so would it be possible to use the above types of water cant fit a butt to my drainpipe as the waste goes into it aswell sewage!!

You can just tip your washing water straight onto the garden, mine goes on the rhubarb :)
You can buy small primers to fit on your hose pipe to get the bathwater onto the garden

it goes smelly very quickly so better not to store.

Do the washing up in a plastic basin in the sink and when done, gently pour it over problem plants and suffocate the pests. As for the bathtub, a siphon hose out the bathroom window is the only alternative, and as said, it will go whiffy quickly so do the plant watering immediately.
When starting up your indoor taps and waiting for either hot or cold water, catch the clean 'waste' to use in the garden.
