Pink Cauliflowers????

Hi Guys

having a very good result so far with my first ever crop of cabbages and caulis but some of the caulis have pinkish heads... are they any good???

now thats a problem cos I don't really know!!!  I bought them as plants and they were called 'year round' but can't find any like that in my book?

Try "All Year Round" probably the best known of all the cauliflowers!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

??? Der!!  I am new as you might have guessed!

No I'm not growing beetroot, they are next to cabbages and some of the leaves have gone pink as well, but the cabbages are fine.

Actualy these are Graffiti and are supposed to be purple.

haha I have no worries then, just read the article so don't think I will be eating the pink ones!  Just hope they don't all turn pink!!!
