How do you know when to pick peas ?

actually, i was thinking about that - sorry DD but I really don't like peas (the only way I can eat them is straight off the plant out of the pod - no cooking), so i was wondering if i was able to eat the pod as it is before fully matured....

Let them mature.

Eat the peas straight from the pod - no sharing.

Make wine from the pods.

Drink the wine.
