I sowed a 10 foot row of Suttons mixed lettuce in March which I am still cutting now. Thinned them out to about 2 inches, and then to 4inches, making sure that I selected different looking leaves. First came butterheads, then small cos, then large cos and finally crunchy icebergs.

To follow on I have 3 X 6 foot rows of the same seed all at different stages.

I will certainly be growing them again. Also sowed their mixed radish with my parsnips as a row marker. Very interesting and a great bonus crop.
