Muscovy's Sitting Help

Hi All,

Can any one advise me what I need to be doing?

I have 3 muscovy's 2 girls one boy, The girls are sitting on a shared nest with 3 eggs under them.
They have been on the eggs for three weeks tomorrow, and not sure if I need to be doing anything, Im keeping them fed and watered.
Not sure what I need to do if any hatch ect... Im new to this first time i've keep any pets....

Are they muscovy eggs? If so they usually take a bit longer to hatch than "normal " duck eggs

Are you able to remove one of the girls so that only one sits? Not sure if 2 mum's and 3 ducklings is a good idea they may fight over who looks after them

The drake could attack the babies once they hatch so a secure run that is safe from over head predators is a good idea for mum and babies

The babies will need crumbs but not the sort for chickens as they contain medication that can harm them

I tend to get a proper waterfowl starter crumb but others use small holders range of chick crumbs which is un - medicated

At about 2/3 weeks they change on to growers feed

Did the eggs hatch, i have 3 muscovy as well and would be interesed about your experience with teh sitting on eggs and hatching bit.
