i am in sandhurst berkshire and keep a wide range of hens (hybrid & pure breeds)
you are more than welcome to come see the birds and see the way they are and act to maybe make the decsion abit easier.

Thanks, Murrowcoopy.  The OH is away this week but once she returns I will mention your offer and get back in touch.

Does anyone have one of those Eggloo4 wooden coop / run combis?  Not the Omlet Eglu, btw.  I found the Eggloo 4 on the feelgood website.

DO NOT PURCHASE
Its a Cheep Chinese import.

The absolute minimum for  a chicken is 1m squared.
The more space you need the better health mentally and physically you chickens will be.
This run has just 1.1172metres squared.   You may as well advertise a battery hen cage.

The area of a rectangle is:
meters squared can be worked out by multiplying the  = Length x Width

For the price of a chinese import you can get one locally made by an expert.
ALWAYS buy your poultry housing from people who keep chickens and not importers who just see margins.

It really doesn't have to cost more to buy quality.
