how do we know when its ready to harvest. I have some in a tub thats a bit crowded so was wondering should I start to use it now or leaf it a bit longer. its been in nearly 4 weeks.

It says on the packet when leaves are about 4 inches.  I have been using mine for at least 3 weeks.  Personally I'd go for it

Cut it when you think it's the size you want to eat. If it is very overcrowded you can carefully pull out some seedlings to eat to give the others more room

got some cut today and eaten for tea was delish but forgot to take a piccie. Im sure we'll be on salad again tomorrow  so I'take one then. also pulled some radish which a bit on the small side but lovely all the same.
