its now time to worm my girls, but i need advice on what are the best worming tablets to buy for them and where i can get them from.

Most of us use flubenvet which is a powder you mix with their food over a week. You can order it over the internet. There are 2 strengths, the higher srtength comes in a big tub that will last you for years (if not decades!) and is about £18 if I remember correctly (been a while since I bought mine). There is mow a "Smallholder" pack aimed at people like us who only have a few birds. Lower concentration so easier to measure out and mix and smaller pack so less wastage if it goes out of date but still something like £13. Very expensive in my opinion and better to get the orriginal  bigger pack.
