Sorry to hear. Seems a lot of us having problems at the mo. Least is closer to the start of season rather than the end so can catch up 

Hi, i think the problem is overwatering, plant with the scar down not too deep water once well and don't water again unless they srart to dry out, if they were sowed in trays sow them in pots or something deep. 

overwatering?? i thought it was the wireworms eating them?!

turns out they are not wireworms at all, just shows that the old guys don't know everything (one of the old boys on our plots told me they were). i know think they are baby centipedes.
