Just picked a small clump in the woods near work and thought I might have them with scrambled egg tomorrow.
Anyone tried them or have a preferred recipe?

I don't think this fungus is usally scrambled with eggs......

not sure I'd want to try eating that one .... having now seen a pici of it. Think I might have some periodically growing out the back when its a bit damp - thats what got me off thinking I had good conditions for growing cultivated mushrooms...then again ....might experiment next time I see it
