Ice, i presume you are running vista, in which case try looking for your download folder. Look in c/users/downloads. you probably need to put your user name between users and downloads.

failing that from the start menu click on computer then click on c then click on users then click on yourname then click on downloads

did you click open instead of save? might be worth trying again
