She is loving the yougurt, they are all on it and loving it. Funny when it is all over them.

My avi Pro turned up this morning as well. I hope you cant overdose on probiotics.

Hi everyone, I though I would give you an update on Purple.

Well she is still with us. She is still at home in chicken intensive care thinking she is a guinea pig. she has put on weight but since finishing her antibiotics 4 days ago she went down hill a bit she has the runs and layboured breathing when lying down.  After seeking expert advice from friends on here ( you know who you are). and a call to the vet for more baytril, already after one and a half days the poos are loads better breathing better and the ex-bat crumb has arrived which she loved.  Yougurt going down a treat still as well.

All looking good.

We have a 10 day course of antibiotics this time as we think she has a nasty bug. Vets asked me to update them monday via phone ( nice people) and keep a close eye, which is what were doing.

Fingers crossed still, but she is hanging in there and a real little fighter. Practically have to pinn her down now to give her medicine. She is a feisty purple girl.
