It is lovely! 8) Quintessentially English village green. Purfik.. :)

It won't be so nice if they build the Kent International Gatway 100 feet way from my plot  >:(

I'm delighted to report that the sunny south coast isn't today.... tiddled down over-night and rained, almost proper, today.  :)

More rain over night and then back to normal = sun tomorrow, please!  :)

We have only had a few showers today, veggies are very grateful, chickens not so pleased and this evening is very chilly if a little damp.  Hoping for a good weekend weatherwise to get into the soil again..  so much to do, though don't think our weather forcast is too good

Tipped down on and off most of the day, with drizzle in between. Got trapped at lunchtime when the girls and I took shelter in the green house, mid cabbage transplant and ended up having to stay there nearly half an hour

We have had lots of rain last night and the night before but when I was digging yesterday I noticed only the top 2" or so was actually wet, underneath it was still quite dry. Not much change in the water butt level either, hmmmm.  ???
