Can anyone tell me how tall both of these varieties grow?

I have put 6ft stakes in thinking they grow tall and was visualising them growing with my sweet peas up the stake

 What tall variety are the best if I need to get some.

I am still hardening both off yet, When is it safe to put them outside?

Dwarf beans - no more than 18"

Not sure about Onward peas

Onward peas - about 2'6"

For climbing peas try "Alderman" and for beans any runner or climbing French bean.
