I have happily managed to hatch 2 ducks and 1 chick, would just like to know how long they should be inside with the lamp, when can they go out?

they are 4wks (ducks) and 3wks (chick)

My ducks went out at 3 weeks old.
I felt they needed to and the weather was nice, although it is colder now again they are fine out. I suppose it depends on how you feel.

A week before they went out we poped them in the garage, the heat lamp on at night only.

I think it depends how hardy they are and how feathered up they are and whether YOU are ready for them to be out.
