I'm no expert, but I'd been told that to make Chicken porridge its just mixing in pro-biotic yoghurt with their pellets. Don't know whether its a universal name for and mushy mixture for chickens

I don't know if this is what it means or not, but my hens get warmed Scotch oats and milk in the morning.  I microwave it, add more milk, and then top it off in the microwave until it is a nice semi loose consistency.  My hens are mad for it!

Layers mash and hot water for my chooks.  You can add anything you want/need to it and they devour it like vultures.
