herbs.....bolting

I could be wrong, and if i am i hope someone will correct me quick smart, but i'm pretty darn sure that coriander will die off each year and you'll need to collect the seeds and plant again. i suppose if you stop it from flowering and keep it warm it might just carry on, but i don't think so.
lovely stuff, gorgeous taste. i haven't grown it for years but i just planted some seeds the other day.

there are varieties selected for leaf production which would be slower to bolt than the varieties selected for seed production.
However they all tend to go to seed in summer so best to keep sowing at regular intervals for a continuous supply
