What to do with small broccoli plants now?

What to do with small broccoli plants now?

Hi all,

I was given some small broccoli plants yesterday by a mate on our allotment site.  I am not sure what to do with them now  :wacko:.  They are about 8-10cm high and look healthy(They must be about 20 plant)..  Do I re-pot in bigger pots or put them directly in the plot.

You may need to harden them off for a few days if they've been under glass. Other than that they can be planted in their final position, no need to pot on.

E2a: ... unless you know or suspect clubroot to be a problem, in which case it's worth potting them on first so they get a good, disease-free rootball before planting out.

Also start thinking about constructing and erecting some netting for the dreaded cabbage white butterfly (and pigeons!)  ;)
