10 weeks is not long especially during seasons of short daylight and cooler weather. Scratch gently alongside each plant and see if any potatoes are a decent size. If so take one or two but otherwise leave alone.

I vote No as it would be shame to take them out yet -- probably a wee bit small IMHO
