Size of shed and run to number of chickens

I have four beauties in a 6 x 4 shed with a fixed run 10 x 5.6 foot with no option to move it. How many chickens can I keep do you think?  I want to be on the kind side  for space and also dont want the ground being fouled. I clean up every night after I have shut the shed door.  Thanks for the advice.....

your run is 3.08m x 1.72 = 5.3m sq.
at one hen per sq m, you can have 5.
but if part of your shed is converted to a porch (ie partition off a sleeping area and nest boxes at the back) then you could get 6.
although, i'd be inclined to say stay put with your original 4.
then they have more room (remember that 1m sq is the MINIMUM)

I'd say stick with your 4. Sorry.

Will stick with four for now until I can sneak abit more of a run for the ladies.
