finished the main body.
half the roof in place (90% secure).

My mitre saw broke today. It was only able to cut 5cm and the wood was 10cm so I was turning over and trying to get it as good as I could.

Seeing as I needed a new saw I looked for one that could cut 10cm but the only one I could find was £800!!!!

I have managed to borrow one that does 9.5cm and the rest I just finish with a hand saw.

All the remaining roof pieces are cut and ready to assemble so I am nearly there!

I agree it's a little OTT but I'm fed up building things in the garden that look rubbish after 2-3 years. This is in plain view from the back door and patio etc so I wanted it to look nice!

I completely agree, it's so easy to, 'knock something up' and end up with it looking a mess or falling to pieces in a short space of time.

I was thinking of a nice colour scheme but I shall leave it to mature to a nice silver colour instead.

Anyway, main structure now finished!!!

Good weather tomorrow so I hope to get the polycarb roof on and the mesh up. Hopefully also I will get to do the final piece which is a bi-fold door.

Amazing! Truly stunning looking run, I'm astounded you didn't make your own house as well.
The house you bought looks nice but is very much overpriced I thought.
