What Sort of Comfrey ?

I have found a comfrey plant next to my Compost bin
it has been there since I got the allotment a couple of years ago but I have only just realised what it is.

How do I tell if it is the Bocking variety ?

is there any way

if u notice lots of comfrey seedings everywhere its not bocking 14
