Pop your pics in the Hen House once your done then someone will see them and be able to help with what's wrong

I have finally sorted out the picture so i can now send it.

On with the problem in hand:

We have two chickens, a Black Rock and a Light Sussex and  have had them for 2 weeks.

We feed them on layers pellets and mixed corn

When let out they seem to have runny poo but not so much when they're in the coop, any suggestion with what going on?
