At some point last night the bulb blew on my incubator. When I checked this morning the temp was down in the low 30's.

They ate about a couple of days away from hatching so candleing is proving very difficult. But I can't detect any movement inside the egg whatsoever.

What are their chances of survival? Should I accept that I have lost them and start again or what?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's such a shame

Candling is tricky in the last few days, if they are still alive you should be able to see the air cell bulging and the odd movement as they push against it.
As they are bigger they are more able to generate some heat for themselves.

If it were me I'd give it another couple of days to be certain.

how long before they should have hatched?  They might still have a chance.  Had you lowered the temp for hatching any way?  I agree with Sarah give them a few more days.
