Hi,

Three of our incubated eggs have just split the shell on day 21,
one about 11am  the rest in the afternoon all seems to come to a stand still, how long does it normally take to hatch from the shell.

It can take up to 24 hours from first pip to finish. Don't be tempted to help it out though. It may still be absorbing the yolk or have other issues it needs to sort out before coming out.
