MOULTING?
« on: March 20, 2007, 19:33 »
I have 7 Blackrocks and 5 Columbian black tail chickens. The Blackrocks have been losing feathers from their neck, chest and head for quite a while now. Is this just normal moulting for this breed?, it hasn't affected the Cloumbians. They are all together and fed the same diet consisting of layer pellets, mixed corn and greens. They all appear fit and healthy and are laying well.
