Cheese and onion bread  :D Just add chopped, gently fried onion and some grated good strong cheese at the point in the cycle you would add nuts, fruit etc. My machine beeps to let you know when.

Really yummy fresh and toasted

My panasonic has a draw for the nuts which automatically opens at the right time. Try a loaf and put them in the draw.

You can do a dough recipe like you would for pizza and then finish off in the oven. Pesto and herbs works well that way. Feta and sundried toms works that way.

Pete.

I recently discovered a breadmaker recipes site after searching on here for ideas: http://www.carrsbreadmaker.info/recipes/index.html

I tried the parmesan, cashew and black pepper bread yesterday (with less salt and probably a bit less pepper - I forgot to measure it), and it's definitely recommended.

wholegrain mustard and beer - great for cold meat sarnies.

(Can be problems getting the beer.  Seems to get drunk when my back is turned  :nowink:)
