Garlic Question
« on: March 22, 2009, 13:28 »
This is my first year growing garlic. I planted it in November and seems to be doing well with green leaves of about 4 inches long. My question is ...If we have a ground frost or the weather turns for the worst do I need to cover them with fleece?

If it's survived the winter so far, it'll be fine. I put mine in in October and it's made it thus far.

They just love cold weather (but not if sitting in watterlogged ground overwinter).

The ReallyGarlicyCompany grow them in Scotland!
