wrinkled new tats from last year

I have from my crop last year some wrinkled darkened charlotte tats.  They are pliable sort of soft I mean well softer than seed tats usually are.  They have shoots.  Would they be alright to plant?  Will they cause blight?

Id have a go, and as to the blight, well it depends if you had it last year...
Why not plant in a container and give it a bash that way?

i found some wrinkled pentland javelin that had fallen off the shelf in my greenhouse last spring - stuck them in some damp soil and they have shot away - unfortunately i had already bought more than i can actually use so will still have waste.
All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
