Hi All, thinking about buying seed from Dobies.

Is their charge of 95p for P&P a charge of 95p per packet or 95p for the whole lot?

Also, are they a good supplier? Wheres the best place to go for seeds?

I get mine from Garden Organic (Chase Organics)
Not the cheapest, not all organic but a great choice with excellent service.
The website is fab and easy to use.

I love Moles. Great prices, good range, excellent service and free delivery - although minimum order is £5.
Just bought 500 sweetcorn seeds for £3.20 - have been paying £2.20 on eBay for 20, from the only Seller that has them  :blink:

If cash is tight then Alan Romans is a good place to start.  Very, very cheap but no instructions on packet (on internet though).  Same seeds as other places just about a quarter of the price!

The 99p p&p will be for all the pkts you order.....you pay 99p whether you order 1 pkt, or if you order 100 pkts.

You could also give DT Browns a try as I'm sure that their delivery is free even if u just want to buy a single packet.

we've used dobies to buy our onion and garlic sets in the autumn and will be using them for the rest of our remaining veg shopping list soon.

We get most of our heavy stuff (Onions and seed spuds) from Kings as part of our Allotment Society bulk order. 

I can't help myself though and I still buy seeds from other sources.  B&Q can be surprisingly good for the simple stuff like rocket and salads.  They often have good deal on too. Others on this forum swear by Wilkos (Wilsinsons).  I've never been in a Wilkinsons so I can't comment but if it's recommended on this forum it's a worth while recommendation.

Seeds direct on Ebay are my current favourite but I have no loyalty, and the words "Free P&P" is always a sweetener!
