I'm overjoyed you think it as good as the first. I was trying to avoid duplication, although there is a little of that but keep it firmly aimed at the allotment holder so tackling things from that angle.

Thanks

Nearly got all the back orders out - so hoping the PO do their bit!

My book arrived today together with a very useful selection of seeds. I've so far only read the first couple of pages but I could see that it has the same down to earth, easy to read, easy to understand feel as the first book. Can't wait to get back to it and read some more.
Thanks a lot john and I wish you every success.

There is no better show of antisipation than a man sowing seeds in a field.

I can't wait for the next book.  I'm going to buy a copy for my youngest daughter, my granddughter AND my youngest step DIL too!!!

Thanks John, we are all so proud of you!!!!

I didn't know anything about it, but bought it tonight after reading this thread because the first book was/is immensely enjoyable. Still got no allotment, but it sounds a good read even for those with just a small patch at present who are hoping for an allotment.

And a 3rd book?  I see it's called "Low Cost Living", can you give us a sneak preview of what it covers, GrannieAnnie? Or must we try to be patient?  :D

Mine came this morning too, and was a great read in the bath after soaking away the hard work of today  :D

Thanks a million John
