hi i ve got two big bags of the above both well out of date i am not sure what use i could put themto apart from on the compost heap has anyone else any suggestions?

I would still use them....don't often take much notice of sell by dates!

No they have not turned to dust just 10 yrs out of date .Could i grow the caraway seeds to get a fresh herb crop?

Spices tend to lose their pungency after about 12 months.
