Storing asparagas plants

They'd need big pots.  I think the normal thing is to lay them out on a tray of compost somewhere cool, and mist them down every few days to stop them drying out.

I got mine last year, sept/oct/nov ish and I stuck all 30 of them in separate pots in compost. They have only had 2 drinks of water since then and I had a look at one by having a peek under the compost and all looks good still.... fingers crossed they will be fine.. Oh they are in the greenhouse
