How can I stop my seedlings getting leggy?

Have recently sown some Hollyhock, Lupin and Delphinium seeds that have germinated but are starting to get leggy so how do I avoid this in the future and what can I do now? Do I just pot them on into individual pots and bury some of the leggy stem?

This comes up a lot in vegetable growing, so it might be worth searching that forum too. Basically advice boils down to sow thinly, keep them in as much light as possible, move them somewhere cooler as soon as they show on the surface, and make a reflector to stick behind the tray (basically a piece of card covered in tin-foil that you tape upright on the room-side of the tray).

Spot on advice I reckon:

reduce heat a little
increase light a good deal

Pot on when seedlings large enough to handle without damage to stems - so hang on for some leaves to hold onto.

Hopefully can pot them on this weekend before they fall over
