Hi I have grown a variety of plants will try to look for labels this avo. I cannot comment on the four varieties. To be honest I started with 6 plants now have about 60 in 2 years so maybe would investing in a few more select varieties would be better and cheaper.

Cambridge favourite was a good one.

I would recommend getting ones that crop at different times.

I've done a bit of googling to find out when they were developed:
Christine 2002
Amelia and Sallybright 2007
Malling Opal 2006

As they are modern,  they are not on my must have list, however being so VERY recent, I would give them a try if someone gave me some.
The ones I am trying to avoid are the ones that were developed in or around the 80's.
The last three varieties in the selection, were developed by Malling, so as they develop varieties for the home grower (as well as commercial :( ) they could be good.
I didn't manage to find out anything mcuh about Christine, other than it's very early. At the time it was THE earliest.
Oh and Malling opal is an everbearer, and Amelia and Sallybright are mid June varieties.
HTH :)
I demand the right to buy seed of varieties that are not "distinct, uniform and stable".
