I just had a couple of White Stars from the lad at Ellington, 30 weeks old and laying nicely. He also has Black Rocks just now and some blue egg layers (his own cross I think he calls them Northumberland Blue). He will have Marans in May - and I have my name on two of them! Thanks to everyone that has replied!  I've just got a Practical Poultry mag and am now in the process of going thru it.  I'll definately look at your suppliers list too!
Begining to think this is difinately a great idea as I thought and trying to ignore all the tutts from my colleagues and family!!!
