I'd try looking around a few places - never bother with B&Q myself personally, but try the garden centre on the meols stretch - they had quite a range at not too bad prices a few weeks ago... or perhaps wilkinsons in Liscard or Birkenhead .... or ellesmere port (depending on where on the wirral you are...)
