if you feed your soil with fish blood and bone meal in the spring,if and when can you also give it a scattering of grow more ,or would this be too much

Bone meal doesn't dissolve instantly, it needs about 3 months to break down so you should be applying this on a monthly basis. I believe blood meal breaks down only slightly faster. So, gromore anytime would give you an instant boost.
