What Traditional Breeds can be sexed as day olds or  very very young stock?

Thanks for that.  I am trying to work out what to restock with and thinking of getting eggs. But now  I am leaning towards Redcap at the moment just because I like the look of them.

I have Marans, and if they have a yellow spot on their heads it is a roo, and of course if they don't it's a hen.  ( I think you can only tell this in the Cuckoo)

Dorkings are fairly accurate. Dark head is hen and light head is cock. I have had the odd exceptions (v rare) but mostly right.
