My chick has hatched in an incubator and he was very weak, he didn't fight to come out of the egg, basicly we hatched him.. Making life easy for him ,taking the shell away..
At the first day I noticed he had two missing toes  and i thought he will not walk.. But two days after he was running around.. :?
But I noticed that he couldn't poo normally and the poo dried and I had to clean it up a few times the poo from him.. :(
Today he stopped eating , and the poo dried on him.. :(
I clean it.. but now he doesn't eat .. I just don't know what to do.. I need help, or the chick will die soon..I think..

Hi Ruyboy

is the chicks vent clear now that you have cleaned it?

Have you tried tapping the food with your finger like a mum hen pecking at the food ?

RuyBoy -sounds like he has pasted vent -you must keep cleaning his bot or he will die. Do you have chick crumb for him?
Try mixing a little finely chopped egg into damp chick crumb. Use some tin foil and gently tap the foil with your finger to mimic a natural hen, this will help encourage him to eat.
The loss of toes sounds genetic -any deformity though eg  bent or "spraddled" toes would be due to humidity in incubator.
How many hatched? and what breed are they?

And a big welcome of course! :D  :D

You could also try popping its beak in the water a little see if that encourages drinking

I've been trying with one of my brushes , to give him some water and food..
It seems that when the poo dried , it didn't let him to poo .. And now I'm here watching and cleaning him up every time he does it.  :)
It seems to me he is emptying him self..lol
Hopefully he will get better.. :?

You will have to really keep on top of the poo

Does it have quite a feathery behind?
Might be worth a very gentle trim of the fluff which may help you keep the area clean :)

Finger crossed for you :D
