Wilkos - cheap seeds

I'm surprised they are selling them cheap before the season has even started!  Nice one SP  

They're only just getting the gardening stuff out today at Chelmsford Wilko's, no sign of any disount but maybe I was too early.

I went in to the Sheffield wilkos yesterday. They have all the new seeds in, but as you walk out of the shop there are about 3 shelves of last years seeds, these are the ones that are 75% off.
Still, they have a fair few varieties of peas, beans, tomatoes and stuff. Bargain!

Our wilko reduced last years seeds in November, but Wilkos reductions vary from store to store as when and how much is up to the manage. My local store never reduced below 50% unless it has to. But my Dads local sells stuff for next to nothing to shift it quick. He's always coming home with bargains that make me green, he bought a lamp for 30p complete with shade this week!

i got some from wilkos last week for 50p but that was the actual price on the packet not a reduction.

I got loads of hanging baskets for a quid each in my local wilko, i am going to grow strawberries in them hanging in my fruit cage to see if it works better than growing on the ground, Nasty slugs had them last year....
