hiya - just been up to lottie after   a few weeks away and found my cauli's were all brown - now i have no idea what variety they were but after looking at the mole seeds site i see that some should have been picked by now....is it likely to have been the cold that did them in?? 3 weeks ago they were lovely and white but small.....

also my plastic greenhouse part of the frame has bent and susequently all my seedlings that were coming on nicely have ended up on the floor...... due to the sheeting catching the stand they were on....
have got the hump now!!!!

If three weeks ago, you could actually see them, it could well be that was as large as they were going to get. Once you can see "the whites of their eyes", they won't get a lot bigger.

3 weeks on - They've got old & frosted, once they start to open they are more susceptible.

thanks for the reply i will remember that for next year!!! i like the whites of their  :shock: eyes bit also a good way to remember!
