I'm rubbish with runners so I could't even guess.  What do you do when you're clueless; you cheat!!  I googled 'pink flowers runner beans' and came up with the variety Riley (T&M site)!!!  Mind you that's wrong because the flowers now look white and red in the pics; painted lady perhaps  :?

I bet there's loads on here who could have a better stab than that...
Anyways, lovely pics ; thank you!  Oh for those halcyon days of summer again....

Thanks Yabba!  When I grew painted lady they never looked that good!  I don't grow many runners now mainly because of room and as a family we don't really like them.   But I found a lovely runner bean wine recipe in my home brewing book - if I had the space I'd love to grow them to try that.
