Jelly Strainer Set

Has anybody got the Jelly Strainer Set from Lakeland? We just can't seem to put it together :oops: . Bits pop out either one end or the other and can't seem to get the strainer bag on either. In the middle of making Clementine Marmalade and need to start straining in about another hour. Looks like I'll just have to make John stand up all night holding the bag at this rate!
