Thanks Aunty and Rosemary.

Still no names but they'll come.

I'll have to see if I can post properly in the message.

More to come in future.

Thanks Foxy.

I can't get over how relaxed they are. I was sat with them in the run this morning and they were just eyeing me up and carrying on with their housework.

I don't think anything would upset them.

An old tin bath full of last years compost thats flooded and you have the best toy for Ducks and Geese there is.  Happy mucky faces though :) They spent ages sifting through this today when I let them out to explore while I cleaned out the greenhouse.
Video will be on my blog with sound which just makes it, all the splashing and slurping

Head in must be something good in  here somewhere

DIrty Faces

and I am usually the clean one

Just amazed that none of them actually climbed in it :?

oh Louise I wish mine would just watch but they insist upon helping, as fast as I sweep the gravel into place they rearrange it and scatter it everywhere, includes empty flower pots and anything else that moves :?

I had the bench looking lovely with all my geraniums that have started throwing out shoots,  Yummy decided that she neede to prune them for me   bits of gernium and compost everywhere pots tipped over what a mess.  OH has had a request to make me a mesh door to keep them out :!:

I was just looking through the photos again of our chickens when they were little - cant get over how much they have grown. They were so cute!!

(That trellis has become our invaluable 'chicken herder device' come 'stop the chickens coming in the back door instrument' come 'maintain the integrity of the courgettes/cucumbers from attack of the killer chickens thingymebob' which functions quite well until one of them decides to mountineer it and tightrope walk to the nearest cucumber as evidenced above)

HAHAHAHA :D

Rueben (the grumpy one) can stand up on the stable door to the kennel (i know my OH is into over-engineering designs for the animal shelters) but ez (the manic one) cant reach yet so jumps up and down to see what's going on - photo was just well timed!!
