recoving from a cold

my girls had a bad cold not that long ago and although they all recovered the one who was quite badly hit by it still has a blocked up nostril on the left side i think , whats the best way of clearing it or do i leave it alone.

to me it looks like dried up bogey but it mite be mucus from the cold , if i need to pick it then i got to find someone to hold her .
