My friend who had 22 bantam hens has just been burgled for the third time, because they could not get to his valuable garden/DIY equipment this time they stole his poultry crate and took 12 of his bantams because the crate was not big enough for all of his birds.

If anyone hears of any of the following please let me know :-

2 millfleur barbu d'uccles [one is slightly disabled and hobbles]
3 buff orpingtons
2 lavender dutch [1 has slight cross beak]
2 gold silkies
2 Partridge silkies
1 blue bearded silkie

All are 2008 hatch and were very tame so needless to say my friend is devastated and he has asked me to take his birds until he moves house because he is worried they may come back for the rest and I must say I am now worried incase they come my way.

They were taken from near Honiton in Devon.

Have you tried looking on things like preloved to see if they have put them up for sale?  Or other local free ads?  

I hope they can be found.
