As everyone on this forum is into 'DIY' food, I thought you may be interested in a site for home-made cheese.
I'm probably going to have a go myself after reading up on it.

The site is still under construction at the moment, but in time hopefully it'll be as useful to cheese lovers as this site is to gardening enthusiasts!
