My agreement says I need written permission for anything that will grow over 6 ft that is of a permanent nature - so sunflowers n stuff will be ok but fruit trees I have to ask.  But as my plot is the size of a postage stamp I won't be planting any trees.  Have bought black currant and red currant bushes though.

Dwarfing rootstock is as it says dwarfing helps keep the fruit tree smaller than it's own rootstock, usually says what rootstock it's on.
Depending on what type of trees you are planting eg apple, pear, depends on the type of rootstock you want to be looking for.
If you tell us what your looking for then we should be able to tell you what rootstock you want.  :)

Keep an eye on raspberry runner roots, mum2many. In a few years it'll get away on you and into paths, etc.  Best to put an metal inground barrier, about 30cm, in the raspberry section for control. The others need deliberate layering to create more bushes. Otherwise, the raspberries are so easy to grow; keep the couch out and add manure or compost yearly.
