Comfrey

This is a post to all of you interested in buying comfrey, I have been looking around for somwhere other than the organic gardening catalouge to buy it and I found a place called Ragmans Lane Farm I emailed them to ask for prices and this is what I got  back today :

We do sell comfrey (Russian) – roots and shoots. Prices are dependent on quantity e.g.
Roots 30 –40 48p per unit   Shoots 30-40 68p per unit
100 – 500 37p per unit                  100-500 58p per unit

We can take orders now and will ship around March 2009.

What would you say,is this resonable priced ? And what is the difference between a root and shoot ? And what difference is "Russian" comfrey to "Bocking 14" ?

Thanks
Steff
